Turn wild animals into pets!

The thought of turning wild animals into household pets, instead of fighting for their habitats so that they can live in their own pristine environment makes me sick!

This article posted on The ABC website is bizarre. What is the use of saving a beautiful wild creature, just to keep it in an environment which is totally alien to it!
