Update on The Shen Neng 1

The Queensland maritime authority with the help of salvage companies have managed to empty most of the heavy oil from the hull of the Shen Neng 1.
  The Chinese coal carrier that smashed into the Great barrier reef while taking a short cut!  (see previous articles).
 Oil boons have been placed around the carrier. The Queensland maritime authorities will attempt to move the carrier off the reef, either tonight or Tuesday, before a low forms off the coast.
