THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT ORDER THE SLAUGHTER OF 50,000 DOGS

Mouding County in South west china ordered the murder of 50,546 innocent dogs. The slaughter was authorized to combat a rabies outbreak. 50,000 pets slaughtered because 3 YES FUCKING 3! people died from Rabies from dog bites.

4,000 dogs that the owners had immunized against rabies were killed TOO!

Dogs were clubbed to death while their owners looked helplessly on!
