Rainy Day

The bottom shot is of my little sanctuary from suburbia. I start my day here at 5.30am with my espresso coffee and clear my head.
When I get home after a hard days work, I unwind in this little paradise.
This shot was taken 30 minutes ago and the rain was starting to come down.
The top shot is my Mexican garden in the rain!
Now the rain is getting heavier. Could see some local flooding in the hinterland.
Great for our dams though.

Update: 12 hours later and it is still raining and heavy. The Gold Coasts' sandy beaches are getting hammered with a 5 metre swell! Some areas have received nearly 500mm of rain in 12 hours.
